Building with 47 homes and penthouses with 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms, two parking spaces and a storage room per home.
At the midpoint of the building there is an outdoor swimming pool in a closed area with a solarium area and showers. It also has a heated gastro-bar social room with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, kitchen furniture with electrical appliances and a fully equipped gym.
The building design was created keeping in mind the cross ventilation of all homes through its central interior patio by standardising the sizes of the rooms and dependencies.
At a structural level, the project has been complex due to the characteristics of the land on which the building is located, having to use a system of screen walls for the execution of the basement.
